More ways to use skills

Generate a scorecard

"Run velocity-scorecard on this Typeform intake data. Also, I visited their LinkedIn and Instagram — here are my notes: [paste notes]"

Build a landing page

"Run velocity-landing-page-build for this founder. Their website is acme.com. Use the landing page copy doc I'm pasting below. Deploy to Vercel."

Create ad creative

"Run velocity-ad-creative-builder. Founder: Sarah Chen, niche: executive coaching. Here's her brand positioning doc and top 5 performing posts."

Workshop script

"Run velocity-workshop-script for this founder. Use their Brand Positioning, CTA Strategy, and Offer Stack docs. The workshop topic is 'The 5-Step System to Replace Your Income.'"

Pro tip: The more context you provide (Fathom transcripts, intake data, prior deliverables, website URL), the more specific the output. Skills are designed to use everything you give them. Feed them the founder's entire folder.

Your Command Center

Terminal recipes

These are the exact commands you will type into Claude Code to create every core deliverable. Copy them. Swap in the founder's name. Hit enter. The system does the rest.

Before you start: Open Terminal on your Mac. Type claude and hit Enter. This launches Claude Code. You are now ready to run skills. Every recipe below assumes you are inside Claude Code.

How it works (30-second version)

1
Open Claude Code
Type claude in Terminal
2
Tell it what you need
Plain English. Paste context files.
3
The skill runs
MCP calls the skill server. Output returns.
4
QA and deliver
Review output. Present live. Dazzle.

The golden rule of Terminal

The more context you give the skill, the more personalized the output. Every recipe below shows you exactly which files to reference. Here is where those files live:

Founder's context files
  • Fathom transcript - Downloaded from Fathom after each call
  • Typeform intake - Exported from HubSpot or Typeform
  • Brand Positioning doc - Generated in Phase 1
  • Content GPS doc - Generated in Phase 1
  • Scorecard output - Generated pre-Deep Dive
Where to save them
  • Create a folder: ~/founders/[name]/
  • Save all Fathom transcripts there
  • Save all generated deliverables there
  • Each founder = one folder = all context in one place
  • Claude Code can read any file you point it to
1
Days 2-3 - Before the Deep Dive
Brand Scorecard
velocity-scorecard
What this creates: A 16-dimension brand analysis deployed as an interactive Vercel page. Scores the founder across Brand Positioning, Content Quality, Distribution, and Conversion. The "wow" moment before they even get on a call with you.
What you need first
  • Their completed Typeform intake data
  • Your live profile analysis notes (visit their website, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  • Independent research (Google their name, check Social Blade)
Type this into Claude Code
# Example: Creating a scorecard for Mike Rodriguez, Big Daddy Pizza I need to create a Brand Scorecard for Mike Rodriguez. Here is his Typeform intake data: [paste the intake data or say "read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/typeform-intake.txt"] Here are my live profile notes: - Website: bigdaddypizza.com - strong visual brand, no lead magnet - Instagram: 12K followers, posts 2x/week, low engagement - LinkedIn: barely active, 800 connections - YouTube: no channel - Social Blade: IG growth flat for 6 months Use the velocity-scorecard skill to generate his scorecard.

Pro tip: The more specific your live profile notes, the more specific the scorecard. Don't just say "Instagram looks good." Say "posts 2x/week, mostly food photos, captions are 1-2 sentences, no CTAs, engagement rate ~1.2%."

2
Day 3-4 - Before the Call
Deep Dive Call Prep
velocity-deep-dive-prep
What this creates: A custom 60-minute call script with time blocks weighted to the founder's specific gaps. Questions are generated based on their lowest-scoring scorecard dimensions. Review this 30 minutes before the call.
Type this into Claude Code
# Generate the call prep doc I need to create a Deep Dive Prep script for Mike Rodriguez. Here is his scorecard output: [paste the scorecard or say "read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/scorecard.md"] Here is his Typeform intake: [paste or "read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/typeform-intake.txt"] Here are my live profile notes: [paste the same notes from step 1] Use the velocity-deep-dive-prep skill.
3
Days 7-10 - The Strategic Foundation
Brand Positioning
velocity-brand-positioning
What this creates: A 12-part brand strategy document. This is the DNA everything else is built from. It extracts the founder's signature language, energy register, and anti-patterns directly from their Deep Dive transcript.
What you need first
  • The Fathom transcript from the Brand Deep Dive call (this is 60% of the voice weight)
  • Their Typeform intake data (25%)
  • The Scorecard output (15%)
Type this into Claude Code
# Example: Mike Rodriguez, Big Daddy Pizza # The Fathom transcript is the #1 input. Always include it. Create a Brand Positioning document for Mike Rodriguez, founder of Big Daddy Pizza. Here is his Fathom Deep Dive transcript: [paste the full transcript or "read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/fathom-deep-dive.txt"] Here is his Typeform intake: [paste or "read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/typeform-intake.txt"] Here is his scorecard: [paste or "read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/scorecard.md"] Use the velocity-brand-positioning skill.

Critical: Never run this skill without the Fathom transcript. Without it, the output will be generic. The transcript is where the founder's real voice, stories, and energy live. If Fathom failed, schedule a follow-up call first.

4
Days 8-11 - The Wow Moment
Brand Strategy Deck
velocity-brand-strategy-deck
What this creates: An interactive, scroll-based brand strategy presentation deployed to a unique Vercel URL. This is the deliverable that makes founders say "how is this even possible." Present it live on the review call.
Type this into Claude Code
# The deck is built FROM the Brand Positioning doc Create a Brand Strategy Deck for Mike Rodriguez. Here is his Brand Positioning document: [paste or "read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/brand-positioning.md"] His website is bigdaddypizza.com # The skill extracts brand colors and fonts from the website Use the velocity-brand-strategy-deck skill. Deploy to Vercel when complete.
5
Days 9-12 - The Content Operating System
Content GPS + 200 Hooks
velocity-content-gps
velocity-hooks
What this creates: A complete content operating system - platform strategy, content pillars, 30-day calendar, CTA architecture. Plus 200+ hooks organized by pillar and platform, all written in the founder's voice.
Type this into Claude Code
# By now you have 4 context sources. Feed them all. Create a Content GPS and 200 Hooks for Mike Rodriguez. Context files: read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/brand-positioning.md read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/fathom-deep-dive.txt read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/scorecard.md read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/typeform-intake.txt Use the velocity-content-gps skill first, then velocity-hooks.
6
Days 18-22 - Visual Assets
Instagram Carousel Designs
velocity-ig-carousel-design
What this creates: 10 production-ready Instagram carousels at 1080x1350px, deployed to Vercel as an interactive gallery with ZIP download. No designer needed. The founder gets a link and a download button.
Type this into Claude Code
# Visual assets need the Brand Positioning for voice + website for colors Create 10 Instagram carousel designs for Mike Rodriguez. Context: read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/brand-positioning.md read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/content-gps.md His website is bigdaddypizza.com # Brand colors and fonts are extracted automatically Use the velocity-ig-carousel-design skill. Deploy the gallery to Vercel when complete.
7
Days 36-40 - Content Monetization Pack
Lead Magnets
velocity-lead-magnet
What this creates: Three 6-8 page lead magnets as interactive HTML pages with PDF download. Each one is a standalone asset the founder can use to capture emails and build their list.
Type this into Claude Code
# By Phase 3, you have rich context from multiple calls Create 3 lead magnets for Mike Rodriguez, Big Daddy Pizza. Context (feed everything you have): read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/brand-positioning.md read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/content-gps.md read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/fathom-deep-dive.txt read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/fathom-review-call-1.txt read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/offer-stack.md His website is bigdaddypizza.com Use the velocity-lead-magnet skill. Deploy to Vercel when complete.

Notice the pattern: Each recipe gets more context files. By Day 40, you are feeding 5-6 files into the skill. That is why the output at Day 40 is exponentially better than Day 7. The system compounds. Trust the process.

Terminal patterns you will use every day

Reading a file
# Point Claude Code to any file on your Mac read ~/founders/mike-rodriguez/fathom-deep-dive.txt
Pasting content directly
# Just paste text directly into Claude Code Here is the Fathom transcript: [select all, copy, paste right into the chat]
Deploying to Vercel
# After the skill generates the HTML Deploy this to Vercel. # Claude Code handles the rest automatically
Re-running with feedback
# After a review call, feed the feedback back in Re-run the brand positioning for Mike. Here is his feedback from the review call: [paste the Fathom transcript of the review call]

You don't need to be technical. You need to be thorough. The more context you feed the system, the more the founder feels like you read their mind. That feeling is the product.
