Days 1 – 14

Welcome email + intake form
Send welcome email (template in FSM Onboarding). Include pre-filled Typeform link from HubSpot. Create Google Drive folder.
No skill needed. Manual step. The founder fills out 42 fields across 6 sections. Takes them 15-25 minutes.
Day 2
Generate brand scorecard

Visit every link the founder provided. Take notes. Google their name. Check Social Blade. Then run the skill.
Inputs: Typeform data + your live profile observation notes + independent research notes. Three sources, never just the form.

Day 3
Email scorecard to founder
Send 24 hours before the Deep Dive call. Use the scorecard delivery email template. They should review it before the call.
Day 4
Generate deep dive call prep

Record on Fathom. Follow the prep doc. McKinsey energy, not coaching energy. Export transcript immediately after.
This transcript is the #1 input for everything that follows. The founder's voice, stories, pain points, and frameworks all come from here. Protect this recording.

Present Brand Positioning Document, Strategy Deck, and Content GPS live on a call. Record on Fathom. Capture feedback. Amend. Deliver with email template. Update HubSpot: "Phase 1 Complete."

Inputs: Content GPS + Brand Positioning + Scorecard + Typeform. The CTA Strategy connects every piece of content to a conversion mechanism.

Phase 2 Review Call

Present all content assets live. Capture feedback on Fathom. Amend. Deliver. Update HubSpot: "Phase 2 Complete." The founder now has a full content machine.

Days 30 – 45

Phase 3 Review Call

Present video scripts, email sequences, offer stack, and lead magnets live. This is where the founder sees their entire revenue engine. Amend. Deliver. HubSpot: "Phase 3 Complete."

Phase 4 Complete — The Machine Is Installed

Present all conversion assets live. The founder now has: brand strategy, content machine, video scripts, email sequences, offer stack, landing page, workshop system, lead magnets, and team architecture. Everything is built. HubSpot: "Fully Installed." Transition to Month 2-6 advisory.

Review performance data. Recommend 2-3 data-backed optimizations. Plan next content batch. Every 4-6 weeks: new batch of LinkedIn posts, X posts, carousels, hooks, and 1 newsletter.
Inputs for refresh: Performance data (impressions, engagement, leads, calls, revenue) + all prior deliverables + latest Fathom transcript. The system compounds.
Month 5
Renewal Conversation
Three paths: Continue Velocity, ascend to Edge (1:1 with Matt), or graduate. No pressure. The quality of the prior 5 months is the only pitch needed.

The rule: Every skill gets better the more context you feed it. By Phase 4, you have 4+ Fathom transcripts, the full Brand Positioning, Content GPS, Offer Stack, and months of deliverables. The output at Day 55 is exponentially more specific than Day 7. The system compounds. Trust the process.

Day 7

Brand Positioning Document

The positioning document crystallizes Liam's Niche of One: the only person in the world who sits at the intersection of technical AI expertise, live agency experience, and 713K-subscriber content authority. The document maps his voice, competitive landscape, dream client avatars, and the positioning statement that becomes his North Star.

Day 14

Content GPS

The Content GPS maps Liam's entire content engine: YouTube as the anchor platform, LinkedIn for enterprise lead generation (where his buyers actually are), X for AI community engagement, and a newsletter to capture the 713K viewers who currently disappear after watching. Includes 200+ hooks written in his voice.

Days 14 – 30

Content Machine

30 days of content generated across every platform. 14 LinkedIn posts positioning Liam as the enterprise AI implementation authority. 14 X posts with AI hot takes and tool breakdowns. 10 IG carousel sets breaking down the AAA framework. Machine Installed

Day 60. Liam now has: a brand positioning document, a content operating system across 4 platforms, 200+ hooks in his voice, 30 days of content, a 9-email conversion sequence, an offer stack, a landing page, a workshop deck, an org chart, and a leadership blueprint. The personal brand machine is installed. It runs while he's in Auckland building AI implementations.
